Returns Policy
You may return any delivered products you have purchased within 10 working days of delivery for any reason. To do so you must notify us within 7 working days of delivery, and goods must be returned to us within 10 days of delivery.
If
the product delivered is not what you ordered (including an unapproved substitute product), or does not correspond with its description; the product delivered is not of a satisfactory quality, the product arrives damaged or faulty and you have notified us within 7 working days, we may replace the item or affected parts or you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
While in your possession, you must keep any products you intend to return to us in good condition. Products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered. Care must be taken to ensure the return products are packed well to avoid damage or loss of parts in transit.
You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.
How to return an item:
After completing a purchase you can login to your account and select an item to be returned or exchanged.
You must add a comment or reason for the return.
You must then wait for approval to return your item, you will be notified by email.

You will be responsible for the item(s) reaching us. It may be useful to obtain proof of postage (a postage receipt).
Once we have received and verified your returned item(s), we will process the refund. You will be notified by email that your item(s) have been received safely and that a refund has been processed.
Please allow up to 10 working days for monies being refunded to show up on your credit card statement or pay pal account.
We are happy to exchange an item for different size/ style etc (if in stock) upon request. You will not be charged postage for an exchanged item(s).
